The announcement offers seven Scientific Innovation Specialist posts across the Scientific Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, and Scientific Programmes and Events departments, plus three Scientific Olympiad Specialist posts in the Scientific Olympiads Department. Positions are open to men and women. Selection is by personal interview, and candidates called to interview must deliver a presentation in English.

Open to Omani candidates who meet the ministry’s internal civil-service conditions. Scientific Innovation Specialist candidates may hold bachelor’s, master’s or doctoral qualifications in mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology, information technology or equivalent; Scientific Olympiad Specialist candidates may hold those levels in mathematics, physics, chemistry or equivalent. Candidates must occupy at least financial grade 10, have English familiarity, have a most recent performance rating of at least Good, satisfy disciplinary and secondment/leave conditions, and submit the required supporting documents.
