Applicants need a college degree in education, social sciences or a related field, proficiency in English and Spanish, strong organization and attention to detail, and interest in education and player development. Teaching, tutoring, mentoring or student-athlete experience is preferred, and the role requires flexibility for non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
