Role Summary

Reward is looking for a commercially driven Insight Sales Manager to accelerate the growth of our Consumer Insights business across the GCC.

The primary purpose of the role is simple: generate, develop and close new Insight revenue.

You will be responsible for identifying opportunities across both new prospective clients and Reward’s existing retailer relationships, building a strong pipeline and managing opportunities through the complete sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery through proposal, negotiation and close.

A major opportunity exists within Reward’s growing portfolio of existing retail partners. The successful candidate will work closely with the Retail Partnerships and Account Management teams to identify where Reward’s transaction data and intelligence capabilities can solve broader commercial challenges for our clients and convert these opportunities into paid Insight engagements.

This is a highly commercial, hands-on sales role. You will be expected to proactively create opportunities rather than simply manage inbound leads. While Consumer Insights will remain the primary focus and revenue responsibility of the role, the Insight Sales Manager will sit within the wider Retail Partnerships & Sales team.

From time to time, the role may therefore be required to support strategic new-business opportunities across Reward’s broader proposition, including CLO, customer activation and commerce media, particularly where Insight can help open, develop or deepen a wider retailer relationship.

The successful candidate will therefore develop a strong understanding of Reward’s complete retail proposition and be comfortable identifying opportunities beyond a single product.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver against agreed new-business revenue targets for Reward’s Consumer Insight products and services across the GCC.

Proactively identify and prospect new retailers, brands and retail-adjacent businesses that could benefit from Reward’s transaction-based insights.

Work closely with Reward’s Account Management and Retail Partnerships teams to identify Insight opportunities across existing retail clients.

Develop account-level Insight growth plans for strategically important partners.

Lead high-quality discovery conversations to understand the client’s commercial objectives, challenges and decision-making process.

Support strategic retailer acquisition opportunities across Reward’s CLO, activation and commerce media propositions.

Introduce relevant Reward solutions where client requirements extend beyond Insights.

Work collaboratively with the Retail Partnerships & Sales team to maximise the overall commercial value of key retailer relationships.

Maintain accurate opportunity, pipeline and forecasting information within Reward’s CRM.

Requirements

• Proven experience inB2B sales, businessdevelopmentor commercial growth,ideally within consumer insights, data, analytics, retail, commerce media, loyalty,paymentsor a related technology environment.
• Demonstrabletrack recordofachieving and exceeding new-business revenue targetsand building a sustainable commercial pipeline.
• Experience sellingdata, insights, technology or complex solutionsto retailers,brandsor retail-adjacent businesses.
• Strong understanding of theGCC retail and consumer landscape,with established networks and relationships across relevant retailers,brandsand partners.
• Proven ability toidentify, prospect and convert new business opportunities,frominitialengagement through to commercial agreement.
• Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to leadhigh-quality discovery conversationsand understand clientobjectives, challenges, buyingprocessesand commercial priorities.
• Ability to translatedata, consumer insights and analytics into compelling commercialpropositionsand articulate clear value to clients.
• Experience developingaccount growth strategies and plansfor strategically important clients.
• Strong relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage and influencesenior stakeholders and decision-makers,including C-suite and commercial leaders.
• Ability toidentifycross-sell and upsell opportunitiesand connect client requirements to a broader portfolio of products and services.
