Opportunities from Tokyo College, The University of Tokyo

Fellows pursue full-time research, develop interdisciplinary perspectives, contribute to Tokyo College's intellectual community and collaborative projects, and participate in events and public engagement. Appointments can start 1 April, 1 July, 1 October or 1 December 2027. The initial contract is one year and the fellowship is intended to last three years through renewals after the first and second years.

Applicants need a PhD obtained within five years before the contract start, or must be scheduled to receive the PhD before starting. Career interruptions can be considered under the stated policy. Excellent English communication is required; Japanese is not required. The position is full-time and resident at the University of Tokyo Hongo Campus.
