Role Overview

We’re hiring a Senior Arabic Copywriter fluent in Saudi & Emirati dialects. You’ll turn English luxury campaigns into Arabic stories that feel native, not translated, and reflects the brand’s essence across all touchpoints.

They will take inspiration from Tribe X’s English campaigns and transform them into Arabic stories that resonate deeply with Gulf audiences, specifically in Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

This role requires a writer with high cultural awareness, someone who understands language as more than words. They know the difference between Saudi and Emirati dialects, understand tone and subtlety, and can bring the elegance, wit, and emotional intelligence that luxury brands demand.

What You’ll Do

• Translate ideas, not words: Transform English campaign concepts into Arabic with cultural and emotional depth, ensuring they feel original and locally relevant.
• Own the Arabic voice: Define and maintain the tone of voice for each brand in Arabic from high-end fashion and hospitality to real estate and lifestyle.
• Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the strategy, creative, and client partner teams to understand the brand story, audiences, and campaign goals.
• Develop original Arabic concepts: Contribute to ideation sessions and craft campaigns that start in Arabic, not just translations.
• Ensure linguistic excellence: Review and refine Arabic copy for grammar, clarity, and cultural resonance across all platforms, social media, film scripts, digital, print, and more.
• Mentor and review: Guide junior Arabic copywriters and translators, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience in Arabic copywriting, ideally within advertising, branding, or digital agencies.
• Native Arabic speaker with expert fluency in both Modern Standard Arabic and Gulf dialects (Saudi + Emirati).
• Strong command of English, able to understand and interpret nuanced English copy and adapt it intelligently.
• Proven experience writing for luxury, fashion, hospitality, or real estate brands.
• Deep understanding of Arab culture, trends, and consumer behavior, especially in the Gulf.
• Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills; can bring strategy to life through words.
• Familiar with social media platforms, content trends, and digital-first storytelling.

Nice to Have

• Experience working directly with creative directors and strategists in a regional or international setting.
• Background in journalism, literature, or linguistics.
• Ability to present and defend creative ideas to clients confidently.
