Opportunities from University of Groningen

The fellowship covers tuition, international travel, subsistence, books and health insurance for a one- or two-year master's degree starting in September. There is no separate fellowship application: the University's Admission Office and faculty Admission Boards nominate suitable admitted applicants. The current page says a master's application should be completed before 1 December so an admission decision can be available before February, but it does not label that instruction with a year or clock time; no top-level deadline is therefore inferred.

Candidates must hold nationality from an eligible country including Micronesia, receive provisional or unconditional admission to a University of Groningen master's programme before February, have excellent undergraduate academic performance and English proficiency, be available for the full programme, be in good health for Dutch insurance arrangements, and have no other means of financing the study.
