Opportunities from University of Zagreb

The call supports short doctoral study stays at eligible partner universities and short traineeships at eligible legal entities or higher-education institutions in EU Member States and Erasmus+-associated third countries. Physical mobility lasts 5–30 days and must finish by 30 June 2027. The call anticipates funding for approximately 40 mobilities or until the stated EUR 50,000 call budget is exhausted, whichever condition is reached first. The University may close the call early after advance notice if places or funds are exhausted.

Applicants must be enrolled doctoral students at a University of Zagreb faculty or academy when applying and remain enrolled during the mobility, subject to the current call rules. The mobility must fit the doctoral study programme. Study stays require an eligible partner institution; traineeships must be at an eligible legal entity or higher-education institution. Required application evidence includes proof of doctoral enrolment, faculty/academy consent, host acceptance and proof of working-language proficiency; the official call specifies at least B2 for study mobility and B1 for traineeships.
