The adviser works across the full policy cycle, develops a multi-year diversity and inclusion vision aligned with RIVM 2030, clarifies integrity and confidential-adviser structures, embeds D&I in regular HR processes, strengthens reporting and complaint routes, advises management and tracks progress using qualitative and quantitative information. The role is 32–36 hours per week, initially for one year with prospect of permanent employment, and uses a hybrid model with roughly half the time at home.

Requires university-level academic education, preferably in HRM, public administration, organizational studies or social sciences, and at least five years of relevant experience as a senior policy adviser or HR/organization adviser in a complex organization. Candidates need demonstrated affinity with diversity and inclusion, integrity and social safety, plus strong strategic, analytical, policy and organizational-sensitivity skills.
