Opportunities from World University of Bangladesh — Research and Innovation Center

The Research and Innovation Center states that projects are selected competitively on relevance, originality, feasibility and potential impact. Social-science proposals may receive up to BDT 150,000, while science and engineering proposals may receive up to BDT 400,000. Projects may run for up to 12 months and approved teams must report progress every four months. The published funding ceiling is not a guaranteed award amount; final funding depends on proposal quality, scope, feasibility and budget justification.

World University of Bangladesh faculty members may apply. Each faculty member may submit up to two proposals as principal researcher in the grant cycle. Each project should have a three-member research team, which may include up to one external researcher from outside WUB.
