Role Summary and Impact

The Media Planning Manager is responsible for leading and executing 360° media strategies across Offline and Digital channels for regional brands. This hands-on role manages the full media planning cycle, from translating client briefs into strategic plans and negotiating investments to coordinating implementation, optimizing campaigns, and delivering final performance reports. The primary impact of this position is to ensure effective media investment, maximize campaign performance, strengthen client relationships, and deliver integrated strategies that drive business and brand objectives.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience & Foundation: 4–6 years of experience in 360° media planning across Offline and Digital channels, preferably within media agencies or regional accounts. Experience with FMCG clients is a plus.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of traditional media (TV, OOH) and digital platforms (Meta, Google, Programmatic), with solid Excel and data analytics skills. Experience with campaign implementation, tracking, and UTM validation.

• Strategic & Analytical Acumen: Ability to translate client briefs into integrated media strategies, develop tactical plans, manage budgets, analyze campaign performance, and identify real-time optimization opportunities across channels.

• Communication & Execution Excellence: Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact directly with clients and media partners, coordinate campaign execution, and deliver clear reports on investment, performance, SOV, and post-campaign results. Intermediate to advanced English (B1/B2) required.
