We are looking for an Office Manager to run the day-to-day operations of Xsolla's Dubai office. You will keep the office running smoothly, support employees and visitors, and manage vendor and facility relationships that keep the space functional, welcoming, and compliant with local requirements.

Xsolla's regional offices are the day-to-day home base for our teams and the face of the company for visiting colleagues, partners, and guests. Our Operations team keeps offices running smoothly so everyone can focus on the work that matters.

Requirements:

• Manage day-to-day office operations, including supplies, facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, partners, and new hires at the Dubai office.
• Coordinate with building management, IT, and facilities vendors to resolve office issues quickly.
• Support onboarding logistics for new employees, including workspace setup and welcome materials.
• Manage office budgets, invoices, and vendor contracts, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Organize internal office events, celebrations, and team activities.
• Ensure the office complies with local health, safety, and administrative requirements.
• Support visiting executives and teams with local logistics, including travel, meeting space, and hospitality needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 3+ years of experience in office management, administration, or facilities coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets, and office logistics independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a service-oriented, can-do attitude.
• Familiarity with local UAE administrative and facilities requirements is a plus.
• Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
• Based in Dubai.
