Finance Leader, APAC – Mylar Specialty Films

Location: Foshan, China /Hong Kong

Mylar Specialty Films is seeking a commercially focused Finance Leader to support our APAC business. This role will partner closely with business and manufacturing leaders to drive financial performance, forecasting accuracy, business analysis, and strategic decision-making across the region.

Responsibilities 职责

Key Responsibilities

• Lead forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, cash management, and financial reporting activities.

• Drive margin analysis and provide insights to improve profitability and business performance.

• Support business optimization projects through financial modelling and analysis.

• Prepare and participate in monthly business reviews and support reporting requirements for the Mylar CFO and parent company.

• Act as Company Secretary for China joint venture entities, supporting Board and Shareholder meetings.

• Serve as a key liaison between shareholders, Board members, and the China joint venture partner.

• Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and develop analytical capabilities within the local finance team.

Qualifications 要求

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.

• Professional accounting qualification preferred.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.

• Strong financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business partnering experience.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

• Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and drive change.
