Responsibilities & complete job details

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sr Business Intelligence Analyst based in the United States. The Sr Business Intelligence Analyst will transform complex customer experience, product, and operational data into intuitive visualizations that drive better business decisions. This role focuses on building impactful dashboards and data products that help executives, product teams, and service leaders understand performance, identify customer friction, and uncover opportunities for improvement. You will combine strong technical expertise with data storytelling and dashboard design to make insights accessible, actionable, and easy to interpret. Working closely with customer experience leaders, analysts, BI engineers, and business stakeholders, you will translate strategic questions into clear metrics and interactive reporting solutions. Your work will support customer journey optimization, digital adoption, operational performance, and continuous improvement across the organization. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative, remote-first environment where dashboard usability, data accuracy, and real-world business impact are central to success.

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality dashboards and data visualization products that support customer experience strategy, journey management, and operational decision-making. Collaborate with customer experience leaders, analysts, and business partners to translate business questions into effective visual structures, defining appropriate metrics, comparisons, and drill-down paths before development. Build dashboards for customer journeys, conversion funnels, digital adoption, customer experience indicators such as Net Promoter Score (NPS), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), customer effort, and operational performance. Create intuitive visual experiences with thoughtful layouts, clear information hierarchy, accessible design, and interactive features that help users identify trends, drivers, and trade-offs quickly. Partner with BI engineers and data teams to ensure datasets support dashboard requirements, performance, and accuracy. Validate data, troubleshoot inconsistencies, and maintain reliable reporting solutions that stakeholders can trust. Establish and promote dashboard visualization standards, documentation practices, and reusable approaches to improve consistency across reporting products. Gather stakeholder feedback and review dashboard usage patterns to identify opportunities to improve usability, adoption, and decision-making effectiveness. Translate complex analytical findings into clear visual narratives that enable executive, strategic, and operational audiences to take informed action. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in business intelligence development or a related field. At least three years of experience developing and maintaining dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence tools. Strong understanding of data visualization principles, dashboard user experience (UX), information hierarchy, and interactive reporting design. Demonstrated ability to transform complex datasets and analytical findings into clear, compelling, and actionable visual stories. Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms. Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, SQL, or equivalent data transformation and analytical logic. Familiarity with customer journey analytics, customer experience metrics, digital product analytics, or operational performance reporting is preferred. Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, and senior leaders to define reporting requirements and deliver practical solutions. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clarify business needs and explain insights to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise. Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy, dashboard reliability, accessibility, and continuous improvement. Ability to work independently and manage multiple reporting priorities in a remote working environment. Benefits: Salary: Annual compensation range of $83,500–$106,000 USD , with actual offers based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. Performance incentives: Eligibility for performance-based incentives as part of the total compensation package. Healthcare coverage: Medical, dental, and vision benefits. Health savings support: Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions and matching. Dependent care support: Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (FSA) matching. Retirement savings: 401(k) matching. Time off: Uncapped paid time off. Family benefits: Paid parental leave. Financial wellness: Personal finance and healthcare financial literacy programs. Professional development: Ongoing education opportunities and tuition assistance. Fitness and wellness: Gym and fitness reimbursement, along with wellness program incentives. Remote work: Remote position within the United States. Onboarding and training: Structured onboarding experience, including an in-person training component held at headquarters once per quarter. Required travel and accommodation expenses are covered. Initial onboarding may begin virtually, followed by attendance at a later onsite session. Inclusive workplace: Commitment to equal employment opportunities and reasonable accommodations for candidates and employees with qualifying disabilities.
