Full Job Description

Join an innovative team that delivers tailored intelligence products and services to protect people, assets, and operations. In this role, you'll produce threat assessments and intelligence analysis, conduct open-source investigations, and partner with physical security teams to mitigate threats. Our ideal candidate thinks critically, delivers clear analytical products at the speed of security, and manages competing priorities with strong attention to detail. We're looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is motivated by meaningful work with real impact.

We operate with a Day One mentality — staying curious, moving quickly, and holding ourselves to a high bar. Our 16 leadership principles guide how we make decisions, collaborate, and deliver for customers. We invest in our talent and work to build an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, grows professionally, and sees the real-world impact of their work every day.

Key job responsibilities Key job responsibilities • Conduct open-source research and all-source analysis to identify, assess, and communicate risks to personnel and operations in a timely manner. • Produce intelligence reports, threat assessments, and deep-dive analytical products in a cohesive, concise, and visually compelling format. • Monitor and triage incoming information streams to identify emerging threats, escalating appropriately based on severity and immediacy. • Coordinate response efforts across multiple internal departments and external partners during active threat situations. • Develop and maintain baseline threat assessments for key personnel, locations, or events as assigned. • Deliver intelligence briefings to senior leadership, translating complex threat information into clear, actionable recommendations. • Build and maintain productive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. • Contribute to the continuous evolution of analytical methodologies, tools, and standard operating procedures to strengthen the team's overall intelligence posture. • Maintain availability to support time-sensitive requirements outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.
