Analista de Sistema Sênior (Drupal)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Sistema Sênior (Drupal) based in Brazil. This is a remote opportunity for a senior technology professional with strong expertise in Drupal and web application development. The role combines requirements analysis, solution design, development, integrations, and application support across important digital platforms. You will work closely with business teams to translate their needs into secure, stable, and scalable technology solutions. As a technical reference for Drupal, you will contribute with autonomy, ownership, and a strong focus on continuous improvement. The position also offers the opportunity to work with cloud, DevOps, distributed systems, and evolving application architectures. You will collaborate across technical and business functions in an environment focused on innovation, problem-solving, and modern technology practices.

Gather and analyze requirements with business teams, proposing appropriate and effective technology solutions. Develop, enhance, and maintain web solutions using Drupal, including institutional websites and intranet platforms. Participate in architecture definition, technical specifications, development, system integrations, and solution validation. Identify and resolve technical issues while ensuring application security, stability, reliability, and performance. Partner with Marketing, Communications, and other business areas to translate functional needs into technology solutions. Propose continuous improvements and stay informed about new tools, methodologies, and technologies relevant to the applications. Contribute to cloud and DevOps practices and support the evolution of application architecture. Act as an internal technical reference for Drupal, working with autonomy and a strong sense of ownership. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 5+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Developer, or in similar technology roles. Solid professional experience with Drupal development is essential. Knowledge of systems architecture, distributed systems, and Software Engineering principles. Experience with requirements analysis and web application development. Knowledge of SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL, as well as object-oriented programming. Knowledge of cloud environments, particularly GCP, and DevOps practices. Strong communication skills, autonomy, proactivity, and the ability to act as a consultative technology partner to business teams. Experience with Drupal in large-scale environments is desirable. Experience with integrations, cloud, DevOps, and web system migration or modernization is desirable.
