This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Analista de Transformação Digital Industrial based in Brazil. This is a remote opportunity for a professional who wants to drive digital transformation across industrial operations. The role connects process engineering, industrial automation, data analytics, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence to solve complex operational challenges. You will contribute to the expansion of industrial data capabilities, connecting equipment, sensors, automation systems, historians, data platforms, analytics, and AI. Your work will support measurable improvements in productivity, quality, reliability, energy efficiency, and process performance. You will lead cross-functional initiatives and translate industrial problems into scalable, data-driven solutions. The position offers an environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, Industry 4.0, and the practical application of emerging technologies.

Develop projects using appropriate statistical modeling, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence techniques to support continuous improvement, productivity gains, process optimization, and operational reliability. Map, structure, manipulate, and analyze internal and external datasets using appropriate data analysis tools and methodologies. Lead digital transformation projects connecting Process Engineering, Industrial Automation, Data, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence. Structure, contextualize, and analyze data generated by industrial equipment, sensors, historians, and operational systems. Implement Machine Learning and AI use cases focused on predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, quality, energy efficiency, and productivity. Monitor and improve the performance of statistical, ML, and AI models, including troubleshooting code and data-related issues. Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and IT teams to transform industrial challenges into scalable solutions. Evaluate emerging technologies, platforms, and architectures related to Industry 4.0, Industrial Analytics, and Artificial Intelligence. Ensure projects generate measurable business impact through KPIs such as OEE, savings, cost avoidance, quality, energy, availability, and ROI. Develop and present reports and insights to business teams and managers to support operational and strategic decision-making. Support business teams in interpreting analytical results and translating findings into improvement recommendations. Conduct exploratory analyses and contribute to the development and dissemination of a data-driven culture. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field, or in Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science applied to Industry. Intermediate English proficiency. Knowledge of Python, SQL, and databases. Knowledge of predictive modeling, time-series analysis, anomaly detection, classification, and regression Machine Learning models. Familiarity with Industrial Automation, Generative AI, LLMs, and industrial copilots is desirable. Knowledge of applied statistics and industrial process optimization is desirable. Previous experience in industrial environments is desirable. Experience with Industry 4.0, industrial digitalization, industrial Machine Learning, predictive maintenance, energy efficiency, or process optimization projects is desirable. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Benefits Remote work model.
