Participate in project meetings and help maintain clear communication across internal teams, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders. Prepare project updates, reports, presentations, and other materials for clients and internal leadership. Help identify project risks, track mitigation efforts, and escalate issues to Project Managers when needed. Coordinate information across multiple disciplines to help ensure project deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule. Support the transition of projects from development into construction readiness. Manage assigned tasks and workstreams across multiple projects while maintaining strong attention to detail and follow-through. Contribute to the continued development of EPS's Development Services capabilities, processes, and client relationships. Who You Are You have a "Do what needs to be done" mindset, taking ownership beyond assigned tasks and stepping in wherever needed to keep projects, teams, and customers supported and moving forward. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can work effectively with clients, consultants, utilities, and other project stakeholders. You are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable following up with others to keep projects moving forward. You can recognize potential issues, exercise sound judgment, and know when to escalate questions or concerns to a Project Manager. You are comfortable learning new project management tools, systems, and processes.
