Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, “always-entertaining” marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships.

Quickly assembles edits and complement notes from creatives and clients, ensuring clear communication of feedback to produce assets that align with client expectations. Assists editors with project organization and asset management, ensuring seamless collaboration and workflow across the team to meet deadlines. Ingests, formats, and syncs incoming raw footage, managing media of all footage and files, ensuring everything is organized and accessible for editing. Edits social content (stitching clips, subtitles) in various sizes for various social platforms (Instagram/Stories, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). More tasks depending on project needs.

3+ years of experience with editing and creating video assets, either independently or in previous employment. Experience in both Output and Delivery processes, preparing elements for delivery to either client or team editors. Proficiency with Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud apps, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Media Encoder, and After Effects, as well as Final Cut and other 3rd party software when applicable. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with creative teams and clients. Flexibility to adapt with changing timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth project flow. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of editing workflows to ensure high-quality video production.
