Full job description
The practitioner provides one-to-one telehealth coaching, supports clients with sub-clinical concerns such as work stress and work-life balance, helps clients define personal or career goals, and shares feedback with Intellect's clinical team. Requirements & qualifications
Requires an active International Coaching Federation certification or a master's/postgraduate diploma in counselling, skill with coaching or evidence-based approaches, and proficiency in English plus a local language. ICF coaches need at least 200 coaching hours and counsellors at least 300 post-graduation clinical hours; EAP, adult counselling or managerial coaching experience is preferred.
