As AI writes more of the world's code, the bottleneck moves from implementation to judgment and helping human judgment scale is exactly the problem we exist to solve. CodeRabbit is hiring a Business Value Consultant to help customers quantify the economic impact of better software delivery. You'll partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to turn customer pain—slow code reviews, developer bottlenecks, escaped defects, and inconsistent quality—into a clear, credible financial business case for CodeRabbit. What you'll do
- Lead Business Value Assessments (BVAs) with prospective and existing enterprise customers.
- Discover operational pain points and translate them into measurable value drivers: developer time, PR throughput, review-cycle time, defect prevention, and engineering efficiency.
- Build tailored ROI and TCO models using customer-validated assumptions and CodeRabbit usage data.
- Develop executive-ready value narratives, presentations, and business cases that support buying decisions, expansions, and renewals.
- Partner with AEs, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Success on discovery, PoVs, executive business reviews, and account plans.
- Establish a repeatable value-selling methodology, including templates, benchmarks, calculators, and enablement. What you bring
- 5+ years in value consulting, strategic finance, sales engineering, management consulting, or enterprise SaaS GTM.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills; able to make complex analysis simple and credible for executives.
- Excellent discovery and executive communication skills.
- Experience working with technical buyers, ideally engineering, developer productivity, DevOps, or security teams.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment and building the playbook as you go. What success looks like

- Business cases accelerate enterprise PoVs, close rates, expansions, and renewals.
- CodeRabbit has a scalable, evidence-based value framework trusted by both customers and the field.
