Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Campaign Manager (ABM) based in the United States. We are seeking an experienced, data-driven Campaign Manager (ABM) to accelerate enterprise pipeline growth through AI-powered account-based marketing strategies. In this hands-on role, you will transform account intelligence into highly personalized, coordinated campaigns that engage key decision-makers and advance strategic opportunities. You will lead integrated activations across email, paid media, events, content, gifting, and partnerships, ensuring every touchpoint is aligned with account priorities. Working closely with Sales and cross-functional marketing teams, you will use AI-driven insights to refine targeting, messaging, and engagement timing. You will also own an experimentation roadmap, measure campaign performance, and turn successful initiatives into scalable playbooks. This is an opportunity to combine strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and practical execution in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
Develop AI-powered account intelligence: Build and maintain comprehensive account profiles that combine company strategy, business priorities, competitive context, engagement history, intent signals, and CRM data. Map buying committees: Identify and track decision-makers, influencers, and potential blockers, documenting their priorities, concerns, and influence on purchasing decisions. Apply AI to campaign strategy: Use large language models and prompt engineering to generate actionable account insights, develop campaign scenarios, identify engagement opportunities, and improve strategic planning. Execute personalized ABM programs: Design and deliver one-to-one and one-to-few campaigns tailored to enterprise and Tier 1 prospect accounts, translating account intelligence into relevant, timely interactions. Coordinate multichannel activations: Orchestrate campaigns across email, marketing automation, paid media, direct outreach, gifting, events, executive engagement, industry-specific content, and strategic partnerships. Lead cross-functional execution: Develop campaign briefs, establish ownership and timelines, manage budgets and dependencies, and coordinate delivery across Product Marketing, Content, Paid Acquisition, Events, Marketing Automation, Partnerships, and Sales. Partner with Sales teams: Collaborate with account executive and business development representative teams to align campaign priorities, understand account needs, improve handoffs, and establish continuous feedback loops. Own testing and optimization: Maintain a structured experimentation roadmap covering audiences, messaging, demand sources, offers, and campaign experiences. Define hypotheses, success criteria, and measurement approaches for each test. Measure business impact: Analyze engagement, attributed pipeline, pipeline sourced and influenced, conversion rates, and other relevant performance indicators, distinguishing campaign correlation from demonstrable causal impact. Build reporting and scalable playbooks: Establish dashboards, reporting cadences, and accountability frameworks. Identify performance bottlenecks, document learnings, and scale successful tactics into repeatable ABM programs. Identify strategic opportunities: Surface data and intelligence gaps, collaborate with Revenue Operations or intelligence teams to address them, and explore partnership opportunities that can strengthen account relationships and accelerate deals. Requirements: At least 8 years of professional experience in demand generation and account-based marketing, including ideal customer profile definition, account tiering, buying-group mapping, and one-to-one and one-to-few campaign design. A demonstrated track record of executing demand generation campaigns that generate pipeline, with hands-on experience managing campaign funnels, understanding sales processes, and optimizing sourced and influenced pipeline outcomes. Strong AI and large language model proficiency, including prompt engineering, account research, intelligence synthesis, and the ability to distinguish meaningful AI-generated insights from unnecessary noise. Excellent analytical and experimentation skills, including hypothesis development, test design, success metrics, and the ability to distinguish engagement metrics, attributed pipeline, and causal impact. Experience with ABM platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, or comparable tools, including audience configuration, account-level segmentation, and campaign activation. Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot and Salesforce, including campaign objects, audience models, and reporting workflows. Strong cross-functional project management and communication skills, with the ability to translate strategy into clear briefs, priorities, ownership, and timelines while influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Working knowledge of Sales Operations processes, including account qualification, lead-to-account matching, source and stage definitions, contextual BDR handoffs, and closed-loop reporting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex account insights and campaign recommendations clearly to diverse stakeholders. A learning-oriented mindset, comfort with feedback, and a strong commitment to testing, iteration, and continuous improvement. Preferred qualifications: Certification in Demandbase or a similar ABM platform, and experience developing account-based marketing programs for specific industries or verticals. Candidates with transferable experience and a combination of relevant skills are encouraged to apply, even if their backgrounds do not match every listed qualification. Benefits: Target annual base salary: $114,000–$135,000. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary bonus plan, subject to the applicable plan terms and company policies. Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Basic life insurance. Paid maternity and parental leave. Paid holidays and a flexible time-off program. Paid sick leave. Quarterly wellness days, with one day per quarter. 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching. Access to AI and productivity tools to support day-to-day work and professional effectiveness. A collaborative, high-performance environment that emphasizes ownership, continuous learning, accountability, and innovation. Remote work within the United States, limited to the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.
