Support revenue generation: Help engage high-potential prospect accounts and connect qualified MSPs with the appropriate sales teams to support pipeline development and business growth. Deliver educational programs: Organize and facilitate in-person and virtual events covering cybersecurity trends, business development, and opportunities for MSP partners. Develop strategic relationships: Build and maintain trusted partnerships with MSP owners, influential peer group leaders, and other industry stakeholders, positioning the organization as a valuable long-term partner. Create memorable partner experiences: Design and deliver creative engagement initiatives that strengthen loyalty, deepen relationships, and foster a strong sense of community. Manage projects independently: Coordinate multiple initiatives, prioritize competing demands, and ensure programs are delivered effectively while maintaining alignment with regional objectives. Represent the community externally: Communicate confidently with partners and industry audiences, building credibility and influencing stakeholders across different settings and seniority levels. Requirements At least five years of experience in community management, partner engagement, field engagement, or a related role within the MSP or broader channel industry. Strong understanding of the MSP and channel business models, along with familiarity with the cybersecurity landscape and the challenges facing service providers. Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence executive-level partners, MSP owners, and industry leaders in person, virtually, on stage, in boardrooms, and at networking events. Proven relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with partners, community leaders, and other influential stakeholders. Experience developing and executing community initiatives, partner programs, educational events, or industry engagement strategies. Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to independently manage multiple complex initiatives and competing priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to synthesize partner feedback and translate it into actionable insights for internal teams. A proactive, collaborative, and commercially minded approach, with the ability to connect community engagement to broader business and revenue objectives. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, including international travel to the United States once or twice per year. Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment while collaborating with colleagues and partners across the APAC region and internationally. Benefits Fully remote work: Work remotely from Australia while collaborating with a distributed team.
