We are looking for a creative, highly organized producer to lead and scale content production for the US market across engaging digital storytelling formats. In this role, you will oversee writers, editors, and creative contributors, ensuring every story meets high editorial standards and resonates with American audiences. You will combine creative leadership with operational excellence, using generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, streamline editing, and improve production efficiency. You will establish scalable workflows, editorial guidelines, and quality benchmarks to support consistent, high-volume content delivery. By analyzing audience engagement and performance metrics, you will continuously refine storytelling techniques, narrative hooks, and creative strategies. Creative Leadership and Editorial Direction: Lead writers, line editors, and creative teams across multiple content streams, providing clear guidance, actionable feedback, and editorial direction to maintain high-quality storytelling. Content Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end content pipeline, coordinating assignments, managing deadlines, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery across multiple projects. US Market Localization: Ensure stories, dialogue, humor, cultural references, character development, and narrative styles feel authentic and engaging to mainstream American audiences. AI-Powered Creative Workflows: Integrate generative AI tools, including ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, and internal platforms, into ideation, plotting, outlining, drafting, and editing processes to increase productivity without compromising creative quality. Workflow Optimization: Develop and implement standardized operating procedures, prompt engineering guidelines, editorial workflows, and quality assurance benchmarks to support scalable content production. Quality Control: Review scripts, outlines, and edited content to ensure consistency, narrative coherence, audience relevance, and adherence to editorial standards. Performance Analysis: Monitor audience engagement and content performance metrics to identify opportunities to improve storytelling hooks, pacing, character development, and overall creative effectiveness. Team and Contributor Coordination: Manage creative contributors, freelancers, and external vendors, balancing workloads, maintaining accountability, and ensuring efficient collaboration. Continuous Improvement: Identify production bottlenecks, experiment with new AI-enabled approaches, and refine processes to improve turnaround times, output quality, and team productivity. Requirements Relevant Experience: At least 3 years of experience in creative production, managing editing, editorial leadership, or a similar role, ideally within serialized digital content, publishing, entertainment, or media. US Cultural Expertise: Excellent command of American English, including idiomatic expressions, contemporary pop culture, humor, audience expectations, and culturally relevant storytelling techniques. Generative AI Proficiency: Demonstrated hands-on experience integrating AI tools into creative writing and editorial workflows, with the ability to increase production speed while maintaining strong storytelling quality. Editorial and Storytelling Skills: Strong understanding of narrative structure, plotting, character development, dialogue, pacing, and audience engagement across serialized or digital storytelling formats. Creative Team Leadership: Proven ability to manage writers, editors, freelancers, and other creative contributors while providing constructive feedback and maintaining consistent editorial standards. Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational and project management skills, including experience managing multiple production tracks, enforcing deadlines, coordinating external contributors, and tracking workflow metrics. Process Development: Ability to create and implement standard operating procedures, prompt templates, quality benchmarks, and repeatable production systems.
