DAAD scholarship for performing-arts graduates applying from Mali to pursue an eligible master's, postgraduate or complementary performing-arts course in Germany.

Eligible artistic fields include Drama, Theatre Directing/Theatre Dramaturgy, Musicals, Performance Studies, Dance and Choreography. Current funding is €992 per month plus an applicable travel allowance, a one-off study allowance and payments toward health, accident and personal liability insurance. DAAD does not cover tuition fees.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants need a first university degree in Performing Arts by the start of scholarship-supported study. As a rule, the degree should be no more than six years old at the deadline, full-time attendance study is required, applicants must not have resided in Germany for more than 15 months at the deadline, and the language requirements of the host programme must be met.
