This is a senior client-facing leadership role focused on driving operational performance and long-term partnership success across healthcare revenue cycle activities. You will oversee day-to-day client operations while shaping strategic initiatives, service improvements, and performance plans. The role requires close collaboration with healthcare executives, including CFOs and senior client leadership, as well as internal operational teams. You will use revenue cycle expertise, performance data, and strong relationship management to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results. As a trusted advisor, you will help clients understand complex processes, metrics, payer developments, regulatory requirements, and operational trends. This remote opportunity is ideal for a strategic, commercially minded leader who combines healthcare expertise with exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Lead day-to-day client operations and oversee the planning, development, and implementation of objectives, policies, and initiatives related to acute and/or physician revenue cycle activities. Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients while serving as a strategic partner and primary point of contact for operational and performance matters. Direct operational priorities and influence internal teams to consistently achieve client performance expectations and agreed-upon outcomes. Develop clear plans outlining client deliverables, timelines, expected outcomes, and required actions, and monitor progress against commitments. Monitor key performance areas, including bad debt, operational effectiveness, and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes. Identify gaps in client support, service delivery, or performance and develop practical solutions to address them. Build organizational alignment, influence stakeholder decisions, and engage onsite operational teams to drive measurable results. Lead and participate in program-level meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including CFOs and senior client leaders. Partner with client leadership on analysis, reporting, strategic planning, and the development of revenue cycle service lines. Serve as a subject-matter expert on healthcare revenue cycle operations, advising clients on processes, performance metrics, tools, and reporting. Communicate relevant updates regarding payer policies, contracting developments, regulatory changes, and compliance requirements. Help client leaders interpret revenue cycle data and understand the operational implications of performance trends and key metrics. Facilitate recurring client meetings to review operational performance, strategic initiatives, partnership opportunities, and escalated support needs. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across internal and client-facing teams. Communicate organizational values and provide positive leadership and direction to associates supporting client engagements. Requirements Significant experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, healthcare operations, consulting, client services, or a closely related field. Demonstrated experience managing strategic client relationships and leading operational initiatives within acute care and/or physician revenue cycle environments. Strong understanding of revenue cycle processes, performance metrics, reporting tools, payer policies, contracting, regulatory requirements, and compliance considerations. Proven ability to work effectively with senior healthcare executives, including CFOs and other client leadership stakeholders. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate insights into practical recommendations. Demonstrated ability to identify performance gaps, develop improvement strategies, and influence teams to deliver measurable results. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-focused approach to partnership management. Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on operational execution in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams without relying solely on formal authority. Excellent organizational and project-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect operational performance with broader client and organizational objectives. Comfortable working remotely while traveling or engaging with clients and operational teams as required. Must reside in and be authorized to work in the United States. Benefits Full-time, remote position with nationwide eligibility for U.S.-based candidates. Comprehensive benefits package supporting physical, emotional, and financial well-being. Healthcare coverage, paid time off, retirement benefits, and well-being programs. Professional development opportunities and support for relevant professional certifications. Tuition reimbursement to support continued education and career growth. Quarterly and annual incentive and recognition programs. Opportunities for career advancement and leadership development. Work-life flexibility within a collaborative, growth-oriented environment. Opportunity to work with senior healthcare leaders and influence complex revenue cycle transformation initiatives. Environment focused on innovation, continuous improvement, leadership, and meaningful client impact.
