What you'll build
As a Compliance Intern, you will have the opportunity to:
- Discover how Compliance works in a global company, gaining hands-on exposure to SAP’s corporate compliance organization across Latin America and the Caribbean.
- Learn by doing, developing practical skills in project management, case management tools, training initiatives, research, and data analysis.
- Help protect SAP’s culture of integrity by supporting the monitoring of internal policies, procedures, standards, and controls.
- Turn data into insights by coordinating monthly compliance metrics and contributing to dashboards and reports used by management.
- Support the prevention and detection of fraud and corruption, learning how Compliance helps identify risks and protect the business. Contribute to meaningful regional projects, collaborating on priority initiatives and supporting teams across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled student at a university, preferably studying Business Administration, Law, International Relations, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Portuguese and English (Spanish preferred)
- Demonstrated initiative, positive attitude, and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Curiosity and proactive mindset with a willingness to take initiative and ask questions

Company Description
The office of ethics and compliance is responsible for developing and operating SAP’s compliance program, including support for the SAP code of business conduct and related compliance policies and procedures. We focus on FCPA, UK Bribery act, and other applicable bribery and corruption laws and fraud among other matters.
