Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Forward-Deployed CRM Architect based in Brazil. Step into a hands-on role at the intersection of Revenue Operations, CRM architecture, and AI-powered go-to-market engineering. As a Forward-Deployed CRM Architect, you will design, build, and maintain the systems that enable B2B sales and marketing teams to operate efficiently and scale their revenue operations. Working directly within client environments, you will turn strategic requirements into reliable CRM architectures, automations, integrations, and reporting systems. You will collaborate with a dedicated team of GTM strategists and engineers while managing several client projects in parallel. In a genuinely AI-first environment, you will use modern tools and intelligent workflows to solve complex operational challenges and continuously improve delivery. This opportunity offers hands-on ownership, exposure to diverse B2B businesses, and the chance to help shape a growing GTM engineering practice.

As a Forward-Deployed CRM Architect, you will own the architecture, configuration, automation, and ongoing reliability of client CRM systems, primarily using HubSpot. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, safeguard data quality, and build the reporting infrastructure that helps revenue leaders make informed decisions. Design, configure, and maintain client HubSpot environments, including information architecture, objects, associations, lifecycle stages, pipelines, properties, permissions, and deal logic. Build and optimize workflows for lead qualification, scoring, routing, assignment, sales processes, and other revenue operations requirements. Develop and troubleshoot automations across HubSpot, n8n, APIs, and webhooks, identifying root causes and implementing durable solutions when systems fail. Maintain data integrity through deduplication, field validation, association management, and disciplined data imports. Create dashboards and reporting systems that provide visibility into pipeline coverage, sales velocity, conversion rates, and full-funnel performance. Design integrations and data flows between HubSpot and other tools, including enrichment platforms, telephony systems, billing solutions, and external data pipelines. Translate business requirements into functional CRM solutions, ensuring that operational objectives are reflected in practical, well-tested workflows. Manage multiple client CRM instances simultaneously, maintaining system health, responding quickly to issues, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards. Work directly with client stakeholders, including technical leads, sales representatives, and revenue leaders, to clarify requirements, explain solutions, and support adoption. Collaborate with GTM strategists and GTM engineers to connect data infrastructure with CRM processes and broader revenue objectives. Document implementations, test changes before deployment, and develop reusable playbooks, workflows, and technical patterns that improve delivery across clients. Use AI tools and agent-based workflows as an integral part of daily problem-solving, implementation, documentation, and process optimization. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines deep HubSpot expertise with strong Revenue Operations fundamentals, a practical engineering mindset, and the discipline to maintain reliable systems across multiple client environments. You should be comfortable working directly with clients, troubleshooting technical problems independently, and using AI as a default approach to improve the way work gets done. Extensive hands-on experience with HubSpot across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, Service Hub, and Operations Hub, including a strong understanding of native capabilities, limitations, and appropriate implementation approaches. Solid knowledge of CRM architecture and RevOps processes, including lead lifecycles, qualification, routing, assignment, pipeline design, deal stages, data modeling, and governance. Strong administrative discipline, with exceptional attention to detail, a commitment to data quality, and the habit of testing implementations before deployment. Practical experience building, maintaining, and debugging workflows, automations, and integrations. Comfort working with APIs and webhooks, investigating technical issues, and learning unfamiliar tools or technologies as needed. An established AI-first working approach, using AI tools, agents, prompts, and automated workflows regularly rather than relying primarily on manual processes. A forward-deployed mindset, with the ability to work across multiple clients in parallel, communicate effectively with stakeholders, take initiative, and deliver results even when requirements are evolving. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Full-time availability and the ability to maintain reliable working-hour overlap with Central European Time (CET). Nice-to-have qualifications: Salesforce administration or implementation experience, particularly with HubSpot–Salesforce synchronization and CRM migrations. Working knowledge of GTM engineering tools such as Clay, Apify, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, and web-scraping or enrichment solutions. Experience with n8n orchestration and custom API integrations. Scripting skills in Python, SQL, or JavaScript for data manipulation, automation, and custom connectors. German language proficiency, particularly for collaborating with clients in the DACH region. Relevant HubSpot certifications; practical expertise and demonstrated implementation experience are more important than certifications alone. Benefits: Hands-on client implementation work from day one, with a focus on meaningful projects rather than busywork. The opportunity to work in a genuinely AI-first environment, using Claude Code as an operating system alongside Clay and a modern GTM technology stack. Direct collaboration with an experienced Revenue Operations leader in Europe. Exposure to a diverse range of B2B companies, CRM configurations, technology stacks, and go-to-market challenges. The opportunity to contribute ideas, establish reusable technical practices, and help shape a growing GTM engineering practice. A permanent employment opportunity in a remote-first environment, open to candidates worldwide. The opportunity to deepen your expertise in CRM architecture, automation, AI-powered operations, and modern revenue systems.
