ABOUT THE ROLE Join the go-to-market team at an early-stage AI procurement software company as a Founder's Associate Intern. You'll work directly with the founder on live enterprise deals, taking on hands-on responsibility across sales execution, events, and investor support. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Research accounts, prepare materials, and track next steps for active enterprise deals.
- Manage conference and event logistics, represent the company at events, and follow up with attendees.
- Create proposals, one-pagers, and other sales collateral for prospective customers.
- Prepare and coordinate customer and partner workshops, then manage follow-through.
- Support fundraising materials, investor updates, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Take on other urgent projects and operational needs as they arise. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Currently studying at or recently graduated from a highly regarded university.
- Zero to two years of experience, including one or two internships, ideally at a high-growth startup.
- Prior exposure to enterprise sales, consulting, or procurement, with experience supporting live deals, research, proposals, and deal tracking.
- Experience creating sales materials and managing event logistics, with customer-facing event experience a plus.
- Fluency in German and English, strong initiative, and willingness to take on both administrative and strategic work. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION Full-time, on-site internship in Berlin, Germany, five days per week, for three to five months.
