ABOUT THE ROLE Join the commercial team as its first Account Executive, owning enterprise sales across the DACH region. You will turn an established early sales motion into a repeatable playbook while helping organizations modernize strategic procurement with AI-powered software. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Close new business with enterprise and mid-market companies across the DACH region.
- Own the full sales cycle, from discovery and demos through business cases, pilot scoping, procurement, security reviews, contract negotiation, and upsell.
- Build relationships across complex buying groups, including procurement leaders, IT, Finance, and category managers.
- Partner with deployment specialists from demos onward, leading the commercial process while they advise on implementation.
- Share customer, pricing, product, and ideal customer profile insights with company leadership and the product team.
- Document and develop the sales playbook for future commercial hires. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- At least 3 years of experience closing complex enterprise B2B SaaS deals.
- A track record of closing six-figure annual contract value deals and consistently attaining meaningful quotas over multiple sales cycles.
- Experience selling enterprise software in supply chain management, vendor or supplier management, finance, accounts payable, or budget control.
- Strong stakeholder-mapping skills and confidence navigating complex enterprise buying committees.
- Full working proficiency in both German and English, with curiosity about procurement and industries such as energy, automotive, and chemicals.
- Willingness to work from the Berlin office. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Competitive base salary, uncapped variable compensation, and equity are offered. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Berlin, Germany.
