🎤 Why voize? Because we’re more than just a job!

At voize, we believe the greatest gift to frontline workers is time - time to care, connect, and be present. Today, that time is lost to busywork and complex systems that pull them away from what matters most: people.

Our vision is to change that by building AI companions that seamlessly take over digital workflows. We don’t replace humans with technology - we amplify their impact.

Our mission is backed with a $50M Series A funding led by Balderton Capital, with support from HV Capital, Y Combinator and other leading VCs. Today, 2,000+ facilities trust voize, and over 200,000 users rely on our AI companion to ease their daily workload.

As a dynamic team, we combine first-in-class technology with meaningful social impact. And now, we’re looking for you to join us on this mission!

💡Your Mission: Own the training experience for users in the US

As our Customer Training Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful training sessions, both online and onsite, to ensure users understand how to maximize the value of voize’s AI-powered solution. You will motivate and engage groups of 10-15 caregivers, empowering them to embrace the technology and improve their documentation workflow.

🚀 Your Daily Business – No two days are alike

  • Lead in-person training sessions for new customer deployments, training groups of health care providers (mostly Nurses and CNAs).

  • Partner with our Customer Success team to ensure training readiness and to bridge adoption through our Hypercare follow-up cadence.

  • Refine training materials and playbooks for the US market and for individual customers as needed.

  • Travel to customer sites (estimated 2-3 weeks per month, depending on deployment schedule) to deliver on-site training and support go-live activities.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and our German training team to optimize training approach and share insights.

  • Measure and report on training effectiveness, using adoption metrics and feedback to continuously improve our approach.

🤝 Your Skillset – What you bring to the table

Experience & Background:

  • 3+ years of training, onboarding, or customer enablement experience in B2B, preferably in healthcare, SaaS, or technical environments.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver training to in person audiences.

  • Experience training non-technical or diverse learner populations (strong plus).

  • Comfort with travel (2-3 weeks per month) to customer sites across the US.

Core Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex workflows and platform features in clear, accessible language.

  • Training design and delivery, including ability to adjust on the fly based on learner needs and feedback.

  • Attention to detail, especially around process documentation and compliance requirements in healthcare settings.

  • Data-driven mindset, using adoption metrics, feedback, and outcomes to refine training approach.

  • Flexibility and problem-solving, comfortable navigating the unique challenges of different care settings (legacy EHRs, limited IT infrastructure, etc.).

  • Ownership mentality, driving training success with minimal scaffolding in a startup environment.

🎯 Our Success Mindset – How we work at voize

  • You are a proactive problem-solver, finding ways to make training work in imperfect conditions (unreliable WiFi, tight scheduling, language barriers, etc.).

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, iterating quickly on training content and delivery approach.

  • You take ownership of outcomes, holding yourself accountable for adoption and customer success.

  • You are a team player, collaborating cross-functionally and supporting your colleagues while bringing your own judgment to the work.

  • You lead with empathy, understanding that training is often the first real touch customers have with voize—you set the tone.

🌱 Growing together - what you can expect at voize

  • We are a fast-growing startup, that means you will tackle challenges, grow quickly, and make a real impact, giving frontline workers more time for people

  • We foster an open, collaborative culture with regular team events from our New York Hub.

  • Become a co-creator of our success with stock options

  • Generous vacation 20 vacation days, 10 sick days, public holidays, comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plan, short-term & long-term disability insurance and life insurance and 401(k) retirement plan.
