💡 Your Mission: Be the technical partner our largest care groups trust

As Technical Account Manager - Senior Care, you will own the technical relationship with 10 to 15 of our largest care groups. You will understand their systems, configurations, and stakeholders, and support them from go-live through releases and renewals; ensuring voize runs reliably across every facility. Your success will be measured by trust, retention, and long-term customer outcomes.

🚀 Your Daily Business - No two days are alike

• Own the technical relationship with a portfolio of 12 to 15 care groups, building a deep understanding of their EHR setup, infrastructure, open topics, and key stakeholders

• Maintain a technical account plan for every customer, covering their integration landscape, planned changes, open risks, and requirements for upcoming rollout waves

• Lead release pre-briefings and technical reviews, helping customers understand the impact before changes affect their operations

• Stay close to every issue across your accounts: Technical Support manages the queue, while you manage the relationship and provide the account context needed to accelerate resolution

• Identify recurring themes across customers and turn them into actionable feedback for Product and Engineering

🤝 Your Skillset - What you bring to the table

• Several years of experience in technical account management, solutions engineering, technical support, or implementation, ideally in B2B SaaS or health tech

• Hands-on technical knowledge of integrations, APIs, logs, networks, and device or MDM setups, with the ability to isolate issues across interconnected systems

• Great communication skills across technical and executive audiences, from discussing an interface with an IT lead to aligning on a rollout with senior management

• A structured, calm approach to managing multiple customers and open topics simultaneously, supported by data that demonstrates progress and impact

• Professional German and comfortable English, based in Germany, and willingness to occasionally travel to customer sites when a rollout or escalation requires on-site support; experience with care documentation systems such is a plus
