ABOUT THE ROLE Join an early-stage AI data infrastructure team as its Founding Technical Partnerships Lead. You will work with frontier AI labs and research organizations to turn their technical needs into datasets, evaluations, and commercial partnerships, while helping build the partnerships function. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build relationships with researchers and technical leaders to understand their priorities and constraints.
  • Identify needs across post-training, model evaluation, agents, and scientific data.
  • Translate technical requirements into dataset specifications, experiments, and evaluation frameworks.
  • Share customer insights with machine learning and experimental teams to inform the product roadmap.
  • Help shape how the team serves research organizations at scale.
  • Define go-to-market strategy and positioning for technical partnerships. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • At least 3 years of experience in AI partnerships, business development, or research-facing roles at AI labs, technical startups, or research organizations.
  • Experience working with AI data and evaluations, including translating researcher needs into dataset specifications, experimental designs, and evaluation protocols.
  • A track record building partnerships with technical teams, completing enterprise deals, and converting technical discovery into commercial opportunities.
  • Experience defining go-to-market strategies and commercial models for technical products or services.
  • Strong understanding of foundation models, post-training, agents, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Comfort operating with high ownership in an early-stage, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience with scientific data generation, experimental design, laboratory automation, machine learning research, or ML engineering is valuable. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary range: $100,000 to $200,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. LOCATION On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Other listed locations include Zürich, Switzerland, and San Francisco, United States.
