Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Client Executive based in the United States. We are seeking a strategic, change-oriented sales leader to manage a major global Media & Entertainment enterprise account and accelerate its growth trajectory. This senior leadership role offers the opportunity to reshape customer relationships, strengthen executive engagement, and expand business opportunities across a complex, international organization. You will develop and execute a multi-year account strategy that drives measurable commercial impact and deepens the adoption of enterprise technology solutions. Working across multiple business units, buying centers, and decision-makers, you will bring clarity, accountability, and momentum to a demanding environment. Success requires the confidence to challenge existing approaches, influence senior stakeholders, and align cross-functional teams around shared goals. This is an opportunity to lead meaningful transformation and build lasting strategic value within a globally significant industry.

As the primary account owner, you will be responsible for establishing strategic direction, strengthening customer relationships, and delivering sustainable growth across a large, globally distributed enterprise. You will lead through complexity, ensure consistent execution, and align internal resources with customer priorities. Serve as the executive sponsor and primary point of accountability for a major Media & Entertainment enterprise account. Develop and execute a focused, multi-year account strategy that prioritizes key business units, workloads, and growth opportunities. Lead cross-functional account teams, establishing high standards for execution, transparency, collaboration, and follow-through. Build and expand executive-level relationships across business, technology, and operations leadership. Navigate complex buying structures and competing priorities to accelerate alignment and decision-making. Identify and convert stalled, underdeveloped, and adjacent opportunities into significant new revenue and account growth. Represent customer priorities internally, influencing investment decisions, technology roadmaps, and executive engagement. Establish a consistent operating cadence centered on measurable outcomes, value realization, and accountability. Demonstrate ownership, customer focus, resilience, inclusive leadership, and a commitment to continuous improvement, particularly in high-pressure situations. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced enterprise sales leader who has successfully managed complex global accounts and driven meaningful change in high-stakes, highly visible environments. You should combine strong commercial judgment with executive presence, industry knowledge, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams without relying on direct authority. At least 12 years of experience leading large, complex global enterprise accounts, particularly through periods of transformation or significant business change. A demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, reset expectations, and improve execution within matrixed organizations. Strong business acumen and established credibility in the Media & Entertainment industry, including streaming, broadcasting, studios, content operations, or platform ecosystems. Excellent executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear communication, relevant insights, and decisive leadership. Proven experience leading cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority and holding stakeholders accountable for results. A growth-oriented mindset, intellectual honesty, resilience, and comfort operating amid ambiguity. A commitment to inclusive leadership, collaboration, and positive organizational culture. Working knowledge of cloud technologies, data infrastructure, and enterprise technology platforms. The ability to develop strategic account plans, identify new business opportunities, and translate customer needs into measurable commercial outcomes. Benefits: The position offers the opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile global enterprise account and drive meaningful commercial and strategic impact. Remote work arrangement within the United States. Preferred locations include Los Angeles, California; New York, New York; and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Senior-level leadership opportunity with significant responsibility for strategic account direction and growth. Opportunity to build executive relationships and influence business priorities, technology roadmaps, and investment decisions. Exposure to complex global enterprise challenges across the Media & Entertainment ecosystem.
