Applications run from 1 September through 31 October 2026. The foundation expects to select a small number of recipients. Monthly support is JPY 230,000 for one- to two-year degree periods, JPY 210,000 for three-year periods, and JPY 180,000 for four- to five-year periods, for the minimum time required to complete the degree.
