We are seeking a commercially driven Inbound Account Executive to convert qualified inbound leads into long-term customer relationships within the salon, spa, beauty, and wellness industries. In this fully remote role, you will guide prospective customers through the entire sales journey, from initial discovery and tailored product demonstrations to negotiation and closing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless customer experience, from the first interaction through onboarding. This opportunity is ideal for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, embracing technology, and helping small and medium-sized businesses succeed.

Full-Cycle Sales Management: Own the complete sales process, from lead qualification and discovery calls to product demonstrations, negotiations, and closing new business. Value-Based Sales: Communicate product benefits clearly, address objections confidently, and demonstrate the commercial value of technology solutions to prospective customers. Pipeline and Performance Management: Manage a high volume of sales opportunities, prioritize activities effectively, maintain consistent follow-up, and ensure accurate CRM records and sales forecasts. Target Achievement: Take ownership of individual sales performance, consistently work toward revenue and conversion targets, and identify opportunities to improve results. Customer Relationship Building: Establish trust with business owners and decision-makers, provide a positive buying experience, and help prospects make informed purchasing decisions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Sales Development, Onboarding, and Customer Success teams to ensure a coordinated customer journey from initial inquiry through implementation. Technology and Process Optimization: Use CRM platforms, sales tools, data, and AI-enabled solutions to improve productivity, streamline workflows, and maximize sales effectiveness. Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about product developments, competitors, sales best practices, and trends across the beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics markets. Requirements Approximately 3–5 years of full-cycle sales experience, ideally in SaaS, B2B technology, or a comparable commercial environment. Candidates with demonstrable sales performance and strong potential are also encouraged to apply. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, converting inbound opportunities, and successfully closing new business. Experience managing a high volume of leads and sales opportunities while balancing responsiveness, customer experience, and conversion performance. Strong consultative selling skills, including the ability to ask insightful questions, identify customer needs, listen actively, and recommend appropriate solutions. Confidence in leading discovery conversations, delivering product demonstrations, handling objections, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals. Strong commercial awareness and the ability to understand the operational priorities and business objectives of small and medium-sized business owners. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management, prioritization, and follow-up. Experience using CRM systems, such as Salesforce, to manage leads, track opportunities, maintain accurate records, and monitor sales performance. An interest in technology, SaaS products, and artificial intelligence, with a willingness to explore new tools and continuously improve working methods. A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently in a fully remote environment and take accountability for individual results. Strong communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills, combined with resilience and confidence in a target-driven setting. A growth-oriented mindset, openness to feedback, and a commitment to ongoing professional development. A genuine interest in helping businesses in the salon, spa, beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics sectors grow and operate more effectively. Experience in medical aesthetics or the broader beauty and wellness industry is an asset. Benefits Fully remote work: Work remotely from Canada with flexibility in your working environment.
