Full job description
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Integrated Evidence Planning Specialist based in United States. This is a strategic role at the intersection of healthcare, evidence generation, and business strategy. You will help translate complex business priorities, stakeholder needs, and scientific insights into actionable integrated evidence plans. Working across clinical, commercial, market access, and other global functions, you will help shape evidence strategies throughout the product lifecycle. You will lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines and deliverables, and provide recommendations that influence important business decisions. The role combines project leadership, analytical thinking, scientific synthesis, and stakeholder engagement in a highly collaborative environment. You will also help identify evidence gaps and develop scalable solutions that connect business priorities with scientific evidence. This is an opportunity to contribute to innovative healthcare solutions while influencing strategy on a global scale.
Partner with senior evidence-planning leaders to lead cross-functional working groups, identify business objectives and stakeholder needs, assess the competitive landscape, and develop integrated evidence plans. Create and execute project plans that ensure deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Lead or support global projects and cross-functional teams, building trust through reliable execution, high-quality outputs, and strategic recommendations. Communicate project progress, risks, adjustments, and corrective actions clearly to relevant stakeholders. Synthesize complex inputs from global stakeholders into clearly defined business questions, evidence gaps, and actionable problems to solve. Navigate ambiguous and cross-functional challenges by developing practical approaches and strategic solutions. Maintain workflow and planning tools that connect business priorities with scientific evidence and help identify gaps and opportunities. Interpret and synthesize findings from scientific literature to inform evidence strategies and business recommendations. Collaborate with clinical, commercial, access, and other stakeholders to ensure evidence plans remain comprehensive, relevant, and aligned with global objectives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with approximately 5–8 years of relevant professional experience. Experience in healthcare, including payer, provider, medical technology, or a related industry environment. Demonstrated experience independently managing projects, timelines, priorities, and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Exposure to evidence generation through clinical research, health economics, data science, or related disciplines. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret, synthesize, and communicate complex scientific and business information. Ability to translate diverse stakeholder inputs into clear priorities, structured problems, and actionable recommendations. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with global and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management capabilities, including attention to detail and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive progress without relying solely on formal authority. Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments and developing solutions where established processes or playbooks may not exist. Collaborative, proactive, and strategic mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes. Willingness to travel approximately 5–15% as required. Benefits Annual salary range of $95,900–$159,900 , depending on qualifications, experience, and other applicable factors. Fully remote work environment, with employees generally able to work from a home office regardless of proximity to a designated site. Potential hybrid or flexible workplace options for employees located within commuting distance of an applicable office. Comprehensive employee benefits program. Global career growth and development opportunities. Access to in-house learning programs and potential tuition reimbursement. Opportunity to work on innovative healthcare and continuous glucose monitoring technologies with meaningful patient impact. Collaborative, cross-functional environment with exposure to global healthcare, clinical, commercial, and market-access initiatives. Equal opportunity workplace with reasonable accommodations available throughout the hiring process.
