With 30 years of experience in technological transformation, we accelerate innovation with expertise in Agentic SDLC, Application modernization, Data & AI, Martech and Business strategy. We are 8,000 CI&Ters across more than 25 countries, collaborating to build solutions with real impact. AI is already part of how we work, evolve, and innovate every day. We are looking for a Data Product Manager to join our team in the UK. This role sits at the intersection of business, product, data and engineering, helping turn complex business needs into clear, actionable product direction. Your Mission As a Data Product Manager, you will own and evolve data-focused products, working closely with business stakeholders, Application Engineers, Data Engineers and Data Scientists. A key part of your role will be navigating complex business environments, understanding different stakeholder needs and turning complex requirements into a clear and prioritized product roadmap that can be delivered over the coming months. You will also bridge the gap between business and technology, going deeper into functional and non-functional requirements and helping translate them into clear technical requirements and user stories for engineering teams.

What You’ll Do

Own, define and continuously evolve the product roadmap for data products and initiatives.

Understand complex business problems and translate them into clear product requirements and priorities.

Deep dive into functional and non-functional requirements and help translate them into technical requirements for engineering teams.

Partner closely with business stakeholders, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and Application Engineers.

Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical dependencies and product objectives.

Work with engineering teams to ensure requirements are clear, feasible and aligned with the overall product strategy.

Use data and SQL to independently investigate and validate information when needed.

Manage different stakeholder expectations and create clarity in complex business environments.

Work within Agile/Scrum teams to support the continuous delivery and evolution of the product.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Product Manager working with data products, BI/analytics products, data platforms or data infrastructure.

Strong experience owning and managing a product roadmap.

Ability to navigate complex business environments and turn multiple or ambiguous requirements into clear priorities and deliverable plans.

Strong understanding of data ecosystems and application development.

Ability to translate business needs into functional, non-functional and technical requirements.

Hands-on SQL knowledge, with the ability to independently validate and explore data.

Experience working directly with Application Engineers, Data Engineers and/or Data Scientists.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Nice to Have

Experience with ML/AI model deployment or MLOps.

Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker or Power BI.

Working Model This is a UK-based hybrid position, with an expectation of being in the office 2–3 days per week.
