The official Dayrah service sets academic-progress and institution/program conditions for annexation. Students in annual systems generally must complete the first or preparatory year successfully with at least a Good rating. In credit-hour systems, the service states 27–30 completed semester credits or 42–45 quarter credits and a cumulative GPA of at least 2.50 or equivalent. Annexation is not processed in the summer term.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants must not already hold a university degree or equivalent; must be currently and continuously enrolled; must study a specialization included in Ministry scholarship plans at an eligible institution; and must meet the published progress and GPA conditions. The service states a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50 or equivalent for credit-hour systems, with the specified completed-credit thresholds.
