Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships with business leaders and internal teams, translate complex legal requirements into practical operational guidance, and handle confidential or sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Requirements: Education: LL.B. or J.D. degree from an accredited Canadian or U.S. law school. Professional Qualification: Called to the bar in a Canadian province and a member in good standing. Relevant Experience: Between 2 and 5 years of post-call legal experience gained in a reputable law firm, an in-house legal department, or a combination of both.
