Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by preparing communications, training materials, process documentation, and other resources needed to facilitate adoption. Performance Measurement: Track relevant operational metrics and help evaluate the impact and effectiveness of implemented process improvements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships across departments, listen to current-state challenges, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop practical and sustainable solutions. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of operational excellence through curiosity, structured thinking, problem-solving, and a consistent focus on improving processes and outcomes. Operational Design: Contribute to the development of scalable workflows and solutions that support organizational efficiency and long-term operational performance. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Operations, Public Health, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Relevant Experience: Approximately 3–5 years of relevant experience in operations, project management, healthcare administration, process improvement, or a closely related area. Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across different functions. Technology Skills: Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, particularly presentation and spreadsheet tools such as Google Slides, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Excel. Analytical Mindset: Ability to understand complex workflows, identify operational challenges, analyze information, and contribute to structured improvement initiatives. Problem Solving: Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with genuine enthusiasm for operational excellence and continuous improvement. Healthcare Exposure: Experience or exposure to healthcare or behavioral health environments is preferred. Process Improvement: Familiarity with Lean or process improvement concepts, including value stream mapping and root cause analysis, is preferred. Data & BI: Experience with data or business intelligence tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred. Project Collaboration: Previous experience working on cross-functional projects is preferred.
