Assess documentation requirements, identify gaps, and maintain alignment with regulatory obligations, business rules, internal policies, and system updates. Coordinate operational impact assessments and readiness activities for business, technology, compliance, and market changes. Develop and coordinate communications, training resources, and documentation updates to support the effective adoption of new or revised processes. Facilitate stakeholder alignment, operational approvals, and participation in change governance activities, including Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. Partner with IT, Operations, and Training teams on system enhancements, implementations, testing, workflow design, and operational readiness. Serve as the operational subject matter expert for enterprise tools and technologies, promoting consistent adoption of standardized processes. Identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements using operational data, audit findings, user feedback, and business insights. Monitor compliance with operational standards, coordinate corrective actions, and oversee performance dashboards and key metrics related to productivity, growth, efficiency, and strategic objectives. Requirements: The ideal candidate will combine operational leadership experience with strong process improvement, documentation, and change management skills. They will be comfortable collaborating across departments, managing competing priorities, and translating complex requirements into clear, practical procedures. At least 5 years of experience in operations, business process improvement, change management, or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Healthcare Administration, Quality Management, or a related discipline. Previous leadership or supervisory experience. Demonstrated ability to develop clear, accurate, and high-quality SOPs, workflows, job aids, and operational documentation for diverse audiences. Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines. Experience coordinating cross-functional initiatives and facilitating stakeholder alignment. Ability to assess operational impacts, identify process gaps, and implement sustainable improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret performance metrics, audit results, and user feedback. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on documentation quality, collaboration, and change adoption. Benefits: Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to personal choice, independence, and quality of life. A collaborative environment that supports employee growth and professional development. The opportunity to influence operational standards, process consistency, and continuous improvement across multiple markets. Meaningful work supporting services that help individuals manage their long-term care and support needs at home and in their communities. Equal employment opportunity and a commitment to an inclusive workplace.
