Ensure compliance with food safety regulations while maintaining product quality throughout the supply chain. Lead training initiatives and collaborate across teams to optimize operations and drive continuous improvement.

- Quality Management
- Lead inbound quality inspections of perishables including meat, seafood, produce, dairy, and frozen items
- Implement and maintain quality-control protocols
- Validate product rejections and manage vendor returns
- Document quality issues and maintain inspection records

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years of program or project management experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology
- Experience in MS Access and SQL
- Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
