ABOUT THE ROLE Campus is building the marketing function that helps more students find us, choose us, and enroll. This role is focused on paid digital acquisition — you'll manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta and Google under the Sr. Manager, Performance & Lifecycle Marketing's direction. This is a hands-on role. You'll pull reports, build and optimize campaigns, and coordinate across teams. You'll use AI tools heavily and be expected to maintain quality while doing it. - Manage and optimize paid campaigns for select programs across paid social and paid social under direction of the Sr. Manager, Performance & Lifecycle Marketing
- Pull and interpret campaign performance data; surface insights clearly and quickly partner with creative and lifecycle teams on testing, targeting, and budget pacing
- Support enrollment and application goals for specific programs by coordinating with lifecycle and social teams
- Support GTM media plans for new programs
- Contribute to conversion rate goals by identifying opportunities across the funnel WE'RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE…
- 3+ years of experience with paid social and paid search — you've managed campaigns in the platforms, not just reviewed reports or were involved with strategy from an arms distance
- Experience translating paid social learnings into ad ideas for a brand/creative team
- Strong working knowledge of GA4 — you can create reports and know what the data means
- Strong working knowledge of conversion tracking
- Comfortable working with data and translating numbers into clear recommendations
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to move fast across multiple programs at once Strong plus
- Experience in a consumer-facing, enrollment-driven, or SaaS environment
- Familiarity with lifecycle/CRM marketing coordination
- Hands-on experience with setting up conversion tracking WHAT YOU'LL GET
- A compensation package that includes a base salary ($100,000 - $110,000) + equity grant
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary will be localized.
