Full job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pessoa Analista de SDR Pleno based in Brazil. We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support business growth through strategic outbound prospecting and lead qualification. In this fully remote role, you will identify potential customers, connect with key decision-makers, and generate qualified sales opportunities within the dental industry. You will use multichannel outreach strategies, including cold calls and WhatsApp, to engage prospects and build a consistent pipeline. By combining research, personalized communication, and data-driven analysis, you will help improve prospecting performance and achieve monthly meeting targets. You will collaborate closely with sales executives to ensure smooth handoffs and productive conversations. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, technology-driven environment and enjoys turning cold prospects into meaningful business opportunities.

Research, map, and build targeted account lists of dental clinics, practices, and networks that fit the ideal customer profile. Conduct proactive outbound prospecting through cold calls, WhatsApp, and other channels to generate new sales opportunities. Develop and execute multichannel outreach sequences, testing scripts, messaging, and personalized approaches to improve engagement and response rates. Research prospects and decision-makers in advance to create relevant, tailored conversations. Handle objections, engage cold prospects, and convert initial interactions into scheduled meetings. Build and maintain an organized prospect pipeline, following up consistently to maximize meeting attendance rates. Meet monthly targets for scheduled and completed meetings while monitoring daily activity levels, connection rates, response rates, and conversion metrics. Qualify prospects using established criteria and methodologies such as BANT, SPIN, or GPCT, ensuring that opportunities passed to the sales team meet qualification standards. Lead discovery conversations to understand dental practices’ operational and management challenges and communicate how digital solutions can address their needs. Hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives or sales closers, providing relevant account context and ensuring a smooth transition. Record all prospecting activities, interactions, and next steps in the CRM and sales engagement tools, maintaining accurate and reliable data. Stay informed about dental industry trends, competitors, and product features to strengthen prospecting conversations. Contribute to commercial team OKRs, present outbound prospecting results when needed, and participate in performance reviews and forecasting meetings. Document successful scripts, outreach sequences, best practices, and lessons learned to support the continuous improvement of the outbound sales playbook. Participate in sales coaching, training sessions, process development, and team collaboration initiatives. Requirements: At least one year of experience as an SDR or BDR, with a focus on outbound prospecting, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment. Experience with outbound calling, dialer tools, and high daily call volumes, with confidence initiating conversations with cold prospects. Resilience when facing rejection, discipline in maintaining consistent prospecting activity, and strong objection-handling skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to personalize outreach and communicate value clearly. Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Pipedrive, and a strong commitment to accurate activity tracking and data management. Proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets for organizing prospect lists and analyzing performance indicators. Comfort using digital tools and adapting to technology-driven sales workflows. Availability to work from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Strong organizational skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work toward measurable targets in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications: Experience selling products or services to the healthcare or dental sector. Benefits: Meal and food allowance: R$1,000 per month through an iFood card, with no deduction during vacation. Home office allowance: R$150 per month. Mental health support: Access to Wellz psychological care and therapy at no cost to the employee. Fitness benefit: Gympass access, extendable to dependents. Pet healthcare: Guapeco pet health plan. English classes: Provided at no cost to the employee. Healthcare: Unimed health plan with copayment. Coworking reimbursement: Daily coworking expenses reimbursed for employees across all Brazilian states. Extended parental leave: Enhanced maternity and paternity leave. New-parent support: Baby welcome package for expecting parents. Birthday day off: An additional day off to celebrate your birthday. Remote work equipment: A notebook and monitor shipped directly to you. Equipment allowance: R$2,000 voucher to purchase additional equipment needed for your home office. Regional benefits: Partnerships with Farmasesi and Educação Sesi for employees in Santa Catarina. Remote-first work environment: Flexibility to work remotely from different locations across Brazil. Inclusive culture: A commitment to equal opportunities, diversity, collaboration, and professional development.
