As a Senior Fullstack Developer specializing in Flutter and Node.js, you will play a key role in building and evolving digital solutions that streamline retail operations and empower franchisees and sales teams. You will contribute to the development of mobile applications and web platforms designed to centralize store management, improve operational efficiency, and simplify everyday workflows. Acting as a technical reference for the team, you will shape architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and drive the delivery of scalable, high-quality software. You will work across the entire technology stack, from user-facing interfaces to backend services, databases, and cloud infrastructure. Through technical mentorship, collaboration with product stakeholders, and continuous improvement initiatives, you will help strengthen engineering practices and accelerate innovation. Lead fullstack development: Serve as a technical reference for Flutter and Node.js development, guiding the implementation of complex features and establishing reusable components, architectural patterns, and development standards. Design scalable architectures: Propose and implement architectural solutions that improve system scalability, maintainability, performance, and resilience while supporting platform evolution. Develop mobile and backend solutions: Build and maintain applications, APIs, and services that support franchisee back-office operations, store management, and sales team productivity. Ensure engineering excellence: Define and promote coding standards, automated testing strategies, CI/CD practices, and rigorous code reviews to maintain high-quality software delivery. Mentor and develop team members: Support less experienced developers through mentoring, pair programming, technical presentations, documentation, and continuous knowledge sharing. Collaborate with business stakeholders: Participate in product and business discussions, translate complex requirements into practical technical solutions, and contribute technical insights to strategic decisions. Drive technical innovation: Research and recommend technologies, tools, and engineering practices that improve development efficiency, product quality, and end-user experience. Manage technical debt: Identify, prioritize, and lead refactoring initiatives and architectural improvements that strengthen code quality, reduce complexity, and increase team productivity. Oversee end-to-end technical delivery: Contribute across frontend development, backend services, databases, deployment pipelines, and cloud infrastructure to ensure cohesive system performance. Promote continuous improvement: Monitor technical challenges, identify opportunities to optimize development workflows, and encourage a culture of collaboration, accountability, and engineering excellence. Requirements: Flutter expertise: At least four years of experience developing and maintaining complex production applications with Flutter, including state management, modular architectures, and performance optimization. Node.js proficiency: At least four years of experience with Node.js and API development using REST or GraphQL, with frameworks such as Express, Fastify, or NestJS. Database management: Strong experience in data modeling and query optimization across SQL databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, as well as NoSQL solutions such as MongoDB and DynamoDB. Software architecture and design: Solid knowledge of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, automated testing, and resilient software design. DevOps and cloud technologies: Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP). End-to-end development: Ability to work across the complete technology stack, from frontend interfaces and mobile applications to backend services, databases, and infrastructure. Technical leadership: Demonstrated ability to guide architectural decisions, establish technical standards, and influence engineering teams without relying on formal management authority. Mentoring and knowledge sharing: Experience conducting code reviews, supporting developer growth, documenting technical decisions, and promoting a collaborative engineering culture. Business and product awareness: Ability to connect technical decisions with business outcomes, product strategy, delivery speed, and time-to-market objectives.
