Our partner is looking for a PL Analista Administrativo (Afirmativa para Pessoas com Deficiência) based in Brazil. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to efficient administrative operations within a technology-driven and collaborative environment. You will support day-to-day administrative routines while helping ensure documents, contracts, payments, and internal processes are well organized. The position combines operational execution with analytical activities, including reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and indicator tracking. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders to keep processes moving smoothly and deadlines under control. Your ability to identify priorities, interpret information, and proactively resolve administrative needs will directly support better decision-making. The role also provides exposure to areas such as finance, procurement, planning, HR, and management support. It is an opportunity for an organized and analytical professional to build impact while working remotely with flexibility and access to development initiatives.

Support a variety of administrative processes, including document control, file organization, and responses to internal requests. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other materials to support management and decision-making. Monitor deadlines, contracts, payments, suppliers, and external partners, ensuring administrative commitments are followed up appropriately. Support purchasing activities, inventory control, and materials management when applicable. Provide administrative support and information to internal and external stakeholders, helping resolve requests efficiently. Assist with the organization of internal events, meetings, and training sessions. Support the monitoring of administrative indicators, objectives, and performance targets. Help ensure compliance with internal procedures, corporate policies, and established administrative standards. Requirements: Previous professional experience in administrative, financial, or management-support routines. Completed higher education. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience using management systems such as ERP, CRM, or similar platforms. Good analytical skills, with the ability to interpret information and data. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple administrative priorities. Ability to work collaboratively and responsibly, maintaining quality while meeting deadlines. Proactive mindset, clear communication, and a practical approach to solving administrative demands.
