This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Pre Weigh Operator 1 based in United States. This is a hands-on operations role supporting the accurate preparation, handling, storage, and movement of materials within a warehouse environment. You will help ensure that supplies, materials, and equipment are received, organized, packaged, and shipped efficiently. The position plays an important role in maintaining accurate inventory and supporting smooth day-to-day production and warehouse operations. You will follow established procedures while helping maintain safe, organized, and efficient use of warehouse space and equipment. Attention to detail, reliability, and a strong focus on operational accuracy will be essential to success. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys practical, structured work and takes pride in maintaining high standards across warehouse operations.

Operate and support day-to-day warehouse activities, including the receipt, storage, preparation, packaging, and shipment of materials and supplies. Accurately account for materials and supplies held within warehouse and storage areas. Audit and verify goods received to ensure quantities and materials are accurately recorded. Prepare and coordinate receiving and shipping schedules to maintain an efficient flow of goods. Organize materials and supplies to optimize warehouse space and accessibility. Follow established operating procedures for the handling, storage, packaging, and movement of materials. Help maintain and protect warehouse facilities, equipment, supplies, and inventory. Support accurate reporting related to receiving, storage, inventory, and shipment activities. Identify operational issues and communicate discrepancies or concerns to the appropriate team members. Contribute to an organized, efficient, and safe warehouse environment. Perform other operational duties as assigned in support of warehouse and business needs. Requirements Previous warehouse, logistics, materials handling, inventory, manufacturing, or related operational experience is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately handle, count, organize, and document materials. Ability to follow established procedures and maintain consistent standards in a structured operating environment. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple warehouse activities. Reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious approach to daily work. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also completing assigned tasks independently. Good communication skills and the ability to report inventory discrepancies, operational issues, or other concerns clearly. Ability to work in a physical warehouse environment and safely handle materials and equipment as required. Willingness to learn warehouse processes, systems, and procedures. Candidates do not need to meet every preferred qualification; relevant transferable experience and a demonstrated ability to contribute are valued. Benefits Full-time position based in Texas, United States. Expected compensation range of $40,390 to $59,235 annually, plus discretionary bonuses.
