We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Sampson Park - Kettering on a full-time basis.

You will work directly alongside a collaborative team typically consisting of 3 Vets, 4 fellow RVNs, 1 Student Veterinary Nurse, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant and 5 Client Care Receptionists.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern

  • Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Working 5 days with mixed shifts of 8.00am - 4.30pm or 11.00am - 7.30pm
  • 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 9.00am - 12.30pm

General Responsibilities

  • Assist with anaesthesia induction, maintenance and patient monitoring
  • Support Veterinary Surgeons, assist with consultations and run dedicated nurse clinics
  • Provide exceptional client care, education and advice
