• £14.85 per hour plus commission
• 14 hours contract
• 3 months fixed term contract
• work days: Sat and Sun

This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Advisor who can represent Stellar and our client, Therabody to lead the way with delivering exceptional customer service. What You Will Be Doing In Your Role:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and driving brand advocacy

• Building a great rapport with customers

• Bringing products to life through engaging demonstrations

• Converting interest into sales

• Achieving individual and team sales targets

What Experience You’ll Need To Be Successful:

• Prior experience in a premium customer service environment

• The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs

• Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous

• Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous

• Passionate about fitness and/or wellness

• Ability to work independently where required

• Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling

• A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others

• Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set

• Excellent communication skills

• A positive mentality and a drive to succeed

What Do We Offer:

• £14.85 per hour plus commission

• 3 months fixed term contract

• 14 hours contract, 2 days

• Work days: Sat and Sun

• Shifts: Sat - 10am -7pm (1hour unpaid lunch) 8hrs Sun - 11.30am-6pm - (30 min unpaid break) 6hrs

• In-depth initial product training with quarterly refresher courses

• Customer service sales training

• Prior experience in a premium customer service environment

• The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs

• Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
