What you'll bring:

You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate program and have at least two years until you graduate. You should be curious, take initiative, and think analytically. You also need a real interest in building a career in B2B technology and commercial management.

You thrive in dynamic environments: you communicate successfully in Portuguese and English (intermediate to advance), take ownership of your work, and navigate multiple stakeholders and priorities with ease.

We're looking for someone eager to learn, ready to contribute from day one, and energized by real business challenges.

What you'll build:

You will be an active contributor on the Cloud Renewals team, directly supporting the management of customer relationships and renewal opportunities across SAP's cloud portfolio.

This means you will engage with customers and partners. You will prepare commercial materials and analyze account data. You will also follow up on renewal opportunities. Additionally, you will identify potential retention risks and support cross-sell and upsell initiatives. You will also take part in live commercial discussions — gaining hands-on experience in negotiation, customer retention, partner management, and the customer value journey.

You will work closely with Cloud Renewals Executives and other teams. You will learn to connect customer needs with SAP solutions. You will help with important business discussions. You will play a key role in building long-term customer relationships and supporting revenue growth.
